Differences Condos and lofts

The site is one of the most important aspects of real estate, and today there are an increasing number of people who want their home in an urban area. Such people tend to distinguish between two types of properties to choose from apartments and lofts. There are similarities between the two – the owners are home and apartment owners, but not the entire structure, for example – but there are differences that make each unique. Note, however, is difficult, hard and fast distinctions between the two. Even if you do an Internet search will probably not be able to look directly for apartments, or simply lofts. Most likely to be submitted together.

The history of the building is a way to distinguish the two. Condos also designed buildings for this purpose. Moreover, even the condos, there are areas – pools, fitness rooms and laundry, for example – to which we all share the responsibility of owners to pay their monthly housing associations. Lofts, by contrast, have fallen from the old industrial buildings were used for this application. (Those who are called soft real lofts lofts designed as a loft, but built to look like real lofts.) Lofts are also in the history of the condominium estate. The idea of loft living in Paris, where more than 100 years, doubled in the storage building loft apartments and studios for artists. Even today many people still equate loft living artists and other creative people.

The truth is that everyone lives in a loft tenants and not the type of structure. Another popular idea is that the loft only in large open areas of large buildings. While this is true, as open space is not part of the criteria for lofts. When considering a property, I’m three points ahead of us to classify something as an apartment. They are:

1. The outer walls of brick or concrete. Note that some of these features with a new wall to decide how to cover brick or concrete is not immediately obvious.

2. Roofs that are at least 10 feet high. In many attics, ceilings higher – up to 14 meters or more.

3. Large windows that let in great light.

Lofts often – but not always – the pipes, including some exposed ceiling and, if necessary, confined spaces (in the case of a small space is often a bathroom, closet, or in some cases, a bedroom).
